How to get to San Siro Stadium

San Siro is located in the western part of Milan. On match days, plan your journey well in advance.

By metro:

The most convenient option on matchdays is the metro. San Siro Stadio station, on the M5 (purple) line, is located just a short walk from the stadium. Visitors travelling from the city centre or other areas of Milan can reach the M5 by changing from the M1 or M2 lines.

By bus:

The bus is a good alternative, particularly for those staying in areas already well connected to the San Siro district. On major matchdays, allow extra time as the large number of supporters can cause delays.

By taxi or private transfer:

A taxi is the most direct option from your hotel to the stadium. Before the most highly anticipated matches, traffic around San Siro can increase significantly: plan your transfer well in advance.
